Today special

after finish working ,i stay back and go pastry kitchen to learn my flavor...
Cornflake cookiesssss
i just use 30 mint to done it!!!
as well as good!
i gonna teach u NOW..
and u can make it tomorrow~
nyek...nyek..~



INGREDIENTS :

• 750g Butter
• 600g castor sugar
• 5 nos eggs
• 700g soft flour
• 250g Golden raisin
• 250g cornflake
• Extra cornflake for rolling

TECHNIQUE :

1. Cream the butter and sugar until well incorporated.
2. add the eggs one at the time.
3. pour the flour mix well.
4. slow speed add the raisin and cornflake.
5. Drop one spoonful on the extra cornflake roll it.
6. Pick up the rolled cookies and put it on tag line with baking paper or silpat.
7. bake at 170'C for approximately 25 mint.
